Our entire ordering process is divided into simple and clear steps:

  • If everything is correct, select the desired quantity (or variant – e.g., size, color) and click the "Add to Cart" button.
  • The item will be moved to your virtual cart. You can Continue Shopping to add more products or go straight to checkout.

2. Cart Review and Adjustment

  • Access your cart by clicking the cart icon (usually in the top right corner) or the "Go to Cart" button.
  • Check the list of items, their quantity, and the total price. If necessary, you can remove items or change their quantity.
  • If you have a discount code, enter it into the appropriate field and confirm it to activate the discount.
  • Proceed by clicking the "Order" (or "Proceed to Payment") button.

3. Shipping and Payment

  • For companies: If you need a business invoice, check the "I want to purchase as a company" box and fill in the company details.
  • Note: Correct email and phone number are crucial for communication with the carrier.

5. Summary and Order Submission

  • In the final step, you will see a complete summary – items, chosen shipping, payment, and your final price.
  • Read and agree to the Terms and Conditions and the Privacy Policy.
  • By clicking the "Submit Order with Obligation to Pay" button, you are placing a binding order.

What happens after submission?

Order Confirmation: You will immediately receive an email confirmation with your order details. If you don't see it, please check your Spam folder!

Payment: If you chose online card payment, you will be redirected to a secure payment gateway. If you chose bank transfer, payment information will be found in the confirmation email.
